She joined Osbornes in March 2021 as a Paralegal and she is now Litigation Executive working in the Personal Injury Department.
Megan handles her own caseload in a variety of Employer’s Liability, Public Liability and Road Traffic Accident Claims.
A significant portion of Megan’s caseload includes cycling accident claims. She helps cyclists who have sustained injuries from being hit by drivers of cars, those who have suffered injuries sustained by having a car door opened in their path, those involving untraced drivers among others.
Megan also assists the Head of Cycling, Sam Collard, with some of his cases.
