Our Diversity & Inclusion Committee is co-ordinated by two of our partners –Stuart Kightley and Shilpa Mathuradas. All departments are represented and the committee meets quarterly to review activities, discuss and plan initiatives.


Flexibility of work patterns is actively supported to provide employees with an effective work/life balance. We provide paid maternity and shared parental leave entitlements. All staff are able to have flexibility around our core working hours and have the option of both home and agile working.

We want to retain valuable skills and experience so we look at all options and possibilities to attract and retain individuals, being as flexible as we can, discussing options.

Corporate Social Responsibility

Every year Osbornes Law supports a range of charities organised by our Charity Committee, comprising representatives from each department. Our people commit time, energy, skills and abilities to fundraise for various groups. We bake, run, cycle, cook, ramble, sky-dive and much more, every year.

We value our clients trust in us to support them and successfully deliver the legal services. Continuous improvement of our services and their delivery involves:

Our local communities

We have spent over 45 years supporting the communities of the London Borough of Camden (offices in Camden and Hampstead) and further afield. Charities and groups we support include Headway East London, The Lullaby Trust, Spinal Injuries Association, Age UK, Limbless Association and so many more.

Our suppliers

We have worked hard to build our reputation and network of clients that keep coming back to us and recommending others. To help protect that reputation we will not knowingly do business with any organisation that doesn’t share our commitment to dealing with stakeholder both fairly and ethically. We are committed to working with our suppliers in a fair and open manner.

Our environment

At Osbornes Law we believe in caring for the environment and are taking a sustainable approach to waste management and always focussed on minimising our use of resources across the practice.

We understand it is our responsibility to continue in business, working in a manner that protects and improves our environment.

Our impact on the environment is important to us too – we want it to be as positive as possible. As a firm we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, with projects that including going paper-lite, reducing our lighting an energy consumption and waste re-cycling.
