Eloise joined Osbornes in 2016 as a paralegal and gained a wealth of experience dealing with complex personal injury claims. She went on to qualify as a solicitor into the catastrophic injury team where she both assists on serious injury cases and represents her own clients, running a varied case load of personal injury claims.
Eloise is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). She is a member of the APIL Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury Special Interest Groups.
On behalf of her clients Eloise is particularly committed to investigating the symptoms of a head injury at the outset of the claim and has a particular interest in securing early rehabilitation. She seeks to ensure her clients and their families are appropriately supported throughout their recovery by establishing effective care and therapy packages, especially where clients are suffering with the consequences of a brain injury.
Eloise graduated from university with a first-class honours degree in Criminology with Law in 2015 and spent time working at a charitable housing association before joining Osbornes in 2016. She completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law alongside her busy workload as a paralegal, gaining a Distinction. She commenced her training contract at Osbornes in 2020 prior to qualifying as a solicitor.
Eloise is an active member and contributor to the Sustainability Group at Osbornes.
Away from the office Eloise enjoys playing netball, reading, travel and eating out around London with her friends and family.
