Suzanna is a Partner in the Private Client department and specialises in non-contentious matters including:
- Wills (including those with trusts)
- Inheritance Tax advice
- Lifetime trusts
- Probate / estate administration (including estates with cross border elements)
- Resealing of foreign grants
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Deputyship and other Court of Protection orders
- Elderly client matters
Suzanna was recognised by Spear’s as a rising star in the field of Tax and Trust advice in 2019, and has been featured in the Spear’s 500 as a “Recommended Tax & Trust Lawyer” since 2022.
Education and previous experience
Suzanna graduated from University College London with a degree in history and then completed the GDL and LPC at The College of Law in Bloomsbury.
After her studies Suzanna worked in a boutique Corporate Finance company and a global advisory firm before returning to law in 2013.
Memberships
Suzanna is a full member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates. Suzanna has also completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in Cross-Border Estates.
Personal interests
In her spare time, Suzanna enjoys horse riding, travelling and interior design.
