Roshni is a Solicitor in the Private Client department. Roshni primarily deals with non-contentious matters including:
- Preparing Wills, including those with trusts.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Estate administrations, including intestacies and cross-border estates.
Education
Roshni graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of East Anglia in 2018 before completing the Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Holborn, achieving a Distinction. Roshni also completed an LLM at BPP University, achieving a Distinction.
Memberships
Roshni is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), having successfully completed the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates.
Roshni enjoys keeping fit, cooking and socialising with friends and family.
