Rachael specialises in residential property transactions of a wide ranging nature including:
- freehold and leasehold purchases
- new build purchases including those with Help to Buy elements
- re-mortgages
- transfers of equity and unregistered land
Rachael joined Osbornes Law in September 2016 after completing her Training Contract with a firm based in Camden. She qualified as a solicitor in August 2016 and has worked in Camden Town since 2013.
Rachael graduated with a First Class Bachelor of Laws degree in 2013 and went on to pass the LPC with Distinction at BPP University in April 2016.
In her spare time Rachael enjoys clay shooting, dog walks and other outdoor activities in the Kent countryside.

I've recently used Osbornes for my home purchase and an equity transfer. Rachael was fantastic all the way through, keeping me informed and up to speed as to the purchase progress.
As everyone knows, buying a house can be an incredibly stressful experience. Emily and Isabelle at Osbornes took the pain away by leading the process, being incredibly proactive and informative. We didn't have to chase them and they managed to pull a rabbit out of a hat by helping us exchange a few days before Christmas. I'd highly recommend them for a house sale and purchase.
