  • Successfully settled a claim for £700,000 after a delayed Crohn’s disease which caused significant and permanent damages to the client.
  • £20 million settlement for a baby boy who suffered quadriplegic cerebral palsy as a result of hypoxia during birth.
  • Achieved £1.5 million for an elderly client who had suffered a significant frontal lobe brain injury.
  • Securing admissions of liability in multiple cerebral palsy cases resulting in interim damages payments of 7 figure sums and with cases likely to finally settle for in excess of £20 million.
  • Successful settlement of a case involving a young man with an Erb’s Palsy injury and who received in excess of £500,000 for his pain and suffering, his past and future care and loss of earnings.
  • Acted for a young client who received a contaminated kidney during organ transplant surgery. The client received over £200,000 for his pain and suffering, past and future care and loss of earnings.
