Florence Arbuthnott
After gaining a first-class degree in Ancient History, Florence converted to law and qualified at a distinguished Mayfair firm in 2008. Florence joined Osbornes Law in 2015 and is an Associate Solicitor in our Private Client Department; she has many years of experience with private client and property law.
Florence specialises in non-contentious matters including Wills (including those incorporating trusts or where clients have assets abroad), Inheritance Tax advice, estate planning including advice surrounding lifetime gifts and trusts, issues affecting the elderly, probate and estate administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Florence is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and the Private Client Section of the Law Society.
Florence speaks Italian having studied at Bologna University.
