Emily Lund
Emily is a Senior Associate in the Property team. She joined Osbornes as a paralegal in 2006, completed her training contract and qualified as a solicitor in October 2009.
She has now spent over 14 years specialising in residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfer of equity (including transfers after divorce and separation) and unregistered land.
Emily graduated from Durham University with a degree in Law and passed the LPC with Distinction at the College of Law in London.
Outside of the office Emily is a busy Mum of two young boys. She loves gardening and is delighted her youngest son is keen to assist with the vegetable patch. She has been through the conveyancing process twice herself and endeavours to remember how stressful it can be and does her best to mitigate that as much as possible for her own clients.
As everyone knows, buying a house can be an incredibly stressful experience. Emily and Isabelle at Osbornes took the pain away by leading the process, being incredibly proactive and informative.
