David is a specialist Family solicitor with over 35 years’ experience. His caseload includes all aspects of financial remedy work specialising in all levels of work, particularly complex high-net-worth cases.
He is a recognised as a leading expert in prenuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements. David also has considerable expertise in private children work, including international relocation cases and cases involving child arrangements.
A trained mediator, qualified arbitrator and collaborative lawyer – David is recognised as a leading practitioner in Chambers, since 2009. He is also a member of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL).
Previously, David has been Chair of the London Region of Resolution (2006 -2009) and Chair of the Family Group of Eurojuris . Formerly, Managing Partner and Senior Partner at Ross & Craig from 1992. The firm merged with DMH Stallard in 2015.
