Martin Ross

Martin has practised as a specialist family law solicitor for 25 years and is a longstanding member of the Law Society Children Panel. Martin represents parents and children including children in private law proceedings and vulnerable adults in the court of protection.

Martin is also instructed by Guardians and the Official Solicitor, both in the family courts and in The Court of Protection. Martin is a Resolution Accredited Specialist (Cohabitation disputes, Children and Domestic violence) and undertakes a broad range of family cases including financial disputes relating to divorce and cohabitation.

Martin was a partner with Hodge Jones and Allen LLP until 2002 when he joined the partnership at Daniel and Harris. In July 2015, Daniel and Harris incorporated into Osbornes Solicitors.

Martin is an enthusiastic cyclist and has done a number of international rides for charity.
