Read moreAprill Barry is an Associate in the property department at Osbornes Law. She joined the firm in October 2024.
She has a Biomedical Science degree (BSc Hons) from Kings College London. I subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course (Distinction), qualifying as a solicitor in 2016.
She is dual qualified in Commercial and Residential Property law and, since the Stamp Duty “Holidays”, now exclusively specialise in Residential Property law.
I handle all aspects of Residential Conveyancing work including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leases . I represent a wide range of clients from first time buyers, high net worth clients and small business owners, to experienced property developers and large UK and overseas corporations. I confidently deal with prime residential property (in and outside Central London), new build developments, rural properties (including farming land) and bona vacantia land.
She delivers a tailored and personal service to my clients and work closely with estate agents in order to complete transactions efficiently.
Aprill an avid book reader, and she loves playing golf very much. She is an enthusiastic beginner!
Jan Atkinson is an excellent contentious probate solicitor, as well as an experienced private client lawyer. The combination of both skills is relatively rare but results in a formidable lawyer
Stephanie Prior brings huge experience and intricate understanding to the most complicated clinical negligence cases, which she is able to simplify.
Manjit Mandair respresented me in a disrepair claim against my landlord. I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend Osbornes Solicitors to all.
“Once more this year your professionalism, hard work, perseverance, dedication and expertise with my case has truly humbled me. You kept me going when I had lost all strength… your action and your ability to power through is remarkable and outstanding.”
I think this firm has excellent strength and depth in this area, for both contentious and non-contentious work, and they can hold their own against any other firm.
