Payout for Cyclist Who Was Knocked Off Her Bicycle

Fortunately, a passer-by who saw the accident, followed the driver and took a photograph of the number plate of the vehicle, which he provided to our client.

The insurance company accepted liability, despite the other driver trying to allege that they were not at the scene of the accident.

Our client sustained a fractured elbow, along with soft tissue bruises and grazing to her arm, hip and leg. She was forced to take just over a month off from her job at a well-known charitable organisation.

After obtaining a medical report from an A&E expert, Phoebe was able to negotiate a successful settlement for her client.
