Specialist advice in complex confiscation proceedings
Our family lawyers has acted in a number of matrimonial cases and financial claims where one of the parties has been involved in confiscation proceedings.
Family proceedings run in conjunction with confiscation/restraint proceedings and can often become complex and the evidence bulky in a very short period of time.
