Helena joined the Litigation team as a paralegal in February 2022.
Helena completed a Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in 2021, having previously studied International Politics and Spanish with a Year Abroad, which she spent in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After graduation, Helena spent a year in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
Alongside her legal studies, Helena was volunteering with a leading charity, supporting asylum-seekers to access legal representation in the UK. She specialised in working with age-disputed individuals who were housed in adult asylum accommodation. Prior to that, she volunteered with Samaritans, putting together a grant proposal to secure funding for a regional branch. Before university, Helena volunteered with a local charity supporting young adults with learning disabilities.

In her free time, Helena loves to travel. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese and is learning a number of other languages.
