Harriet is a solicitor in the family team. Harriet advises on a range of issues following the breakdown of a marriage or relationship, including representing clients navigating a divorce and the associated financial or children issues that may arise. Harriet is also able to advise on cohabitation and nuptial agreements.
Harriet is a member of Resolution, an organisation of family lawyers committed to a constructive and non-confrontational approach to family law matters.
Harriet graduated from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Philosophy. She then went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law at Kaplan Law school and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in Bloomsbury.
Harriet joined Osbornes as a trainee in January 2018 and qualified into the Family Department in October 2019.
