Odškodnenie pre klienta, ktorý utrpel zranenie pri práci s vysokozdvižným vozíkom

Pád poltonového balíka sena spôsobil nášmu klientovi zlomeniny krku, zápästia a rebier.
Dva a pol roka po nehode klient oslovil spoločnosť Osbornes Law. Po celú tu dobu nedostával žiadne nemocenské dávky a jeho zamestnávateľ mu nezaplatil za pracovný deň, v ktorý utrpel zranenia, a dokonca ho obvinil, že nehodu spôsobil on a odmietol za nehodu akúkoľvek zodpovednosť.
Sophie Daviesovej sa rýchlo podarilo získať priznanie zodpovednosti, avšak poisťovatelia zamestnávateľa naďalej tvrdili, že náš klient mal čiastočnú vinu na nehode, pretože stál na zlom mieste!
Po vyjednávaniach sa nám pre klienta podarilo získať finančné vyrovnanie vo výške 250 000 GBP. Prípad sa vyriešil za niečo vyše jedného roka. Počas tohto obdobia sme pre klienta vybavili vyšetrenie u odborných lekárov a dali sme pokyny skúsenému advokátovi, ktorý zastupuje klientov na súde.

Sme veľmi radi, že sa nám pre neho podarilo získať významné finančné vyrovnanie, ktoré zohľadňuje, že sa už, žiaľbohu, zo svojich zranení nikdy úplne nezotaví”.
