Pago de £40,000 en un caso de accidente de motocicleta

Por lo tanto, se llegó a la conclusión de que era improbable que la movilidad del motociclista mejorara más allá del estado actual en un futuro previsible y, tristemente, era permanente.
Se iniciaron los procedimientos judiciales y la reclamación del motociclista se resolvió posteriormente cuando aceptaron la oferta de £40,000 de la aseguradora del demandado. La compensación incluía una parte por sus lesiones y otra por las pérdidas financieras como pérdida de ganancias, bienes dañados, gastos médicos y las futuras pérdidas económicas causadas por las lesiones.
