Osbornes Law is proud to remain highly ranked in the 2021 edition of The Legal 500, published this week. Osbornes are recognised as having the following leading departments: Clinical Negligence, Family, Social Housing, Personal Injury, Contentious Trusts and Probate, and Family Mediation.

The directory specifically highlights 17 Recommended Lawyers, including four new entrants across Family and Clinical Negligence, two Leading Individuals – divorce lawyer Lisa Pepper and Social Housing lawyer William Ford, and Next Generation Partners, Ben Posford and Joanne Wescott.

Commenting on the rankings, Stuart Kightley, Managing Partner said “We are delighted that so many of our lawyers are recognised for their work, and I’m really pleased for our newly mentioned lawyers, Andrew Watson, Nicholas Leahy, Sarah Scott and Claire Andrews.  Many thanks to our clients and professional colleagues for taking the time to feedback on our service which means a great deal to our individual lawyers and our teams.”

A handful of our proudest testimonials include the following;

“Osbornes Law have captured the magic of keeping the customer service levels of a smaller firm whilst having all the expertise and power of the biggest firms.” For Personal Injury team.

“Osbornes are an exceptional team. They have a wealth of housing experience and knowledge that is ‘top notch’. Clients are safe in their hands. As colleagues, they have a fantastic working relationship with each other and, feeding off of each other’s expert knowledge, their solicitors work to ensure that no stone is unturned.” For Social Housing team.

“A small but high-powered team, dealing with cases of significant value and complexity.” For Clinical Negligence team.

“Mark Freedman is a dynamic and highly experienced family lawyer who fights extremely hard for his clients and is always in their corner, thus ensuring their loyalty and confidence. In a trial you would always want him on your side. Claire Andrews is an associate to watch. Tenacious, diligent, professional and astute. She is very impressive.” For Family team.#

“Jan Atkinson stands out for her wide-ranging knowledge and experience of estates; whatever problem you throw at her, she has seen it all before and is able to find a creative and sustainable solution. She has exceptional commitment to her clients and explores every avenue to find the best solution for them.” For Private Client team
