Osbornes are delighted to announce that the firm has joined the legal panel of the national charity for road crash victims, Roadpeace.
The award-winning personal injury department at Osbornes has particular expertise in helping people who have suffered life-changing injuries, including brain injuries, spinal and spinal cord injuries and amputations following a road collision.
Osbornes are also dedicated to helping bereaved families who have lost loved ones following an on-road collision, supporting them through making a fatal injury claim.
Stuart Kightley, head of personal injury comments:
“RoadPeace has been providing a vital service to victims of road collisions and their families for twenty-eight years. They campaign tirelessly to make our roads safer for all users and ensure those who have been involved in a collision can access essential services.
Osbornes are delighted to support RoadPeace in their campaigning effort and also help all those who contact Roadpeace who need legal assistance.”
Osbornes are accredited as leading lawyers by the Brain Injury Group, The Spinal Injuries Association, The Limbless Association and APIL. They are also recognised in the legal directories, ‘The Legal 500’ and ‘Chambers UK’ as specialist personal injury lawyers.
Rob Aylott, a partner at Osbornes, who specialises in helping those who have had to endure an amputation following a road collision, will be leading the firm’s partnership with RoadPeace. Rob comments:
“RoadPeace has five core values including being victim-centred. These five values all closely align with Osbornes approach to supporting our clients. Our clients, their future needs and their families are at the heart of the advice we provide. As a team numbering thirty-three, we work collaboratively to ensure our clients receive gold-standard legal advice.”
Osbornes have a rich history of supporting charities. In addition to supporting the above associations, the firm is also a partner of Headway East London, a branch of the national head injury charity and is the legal partner recommended by the London Cycling Campaign (LCC). Osbornes houses an expert team of cycle injury lawyers who specialise in helping those pursue a cycle accident claim following a collision.
