Osbornes Recognised as Leading Lawyers in HNW Guide

Osbornes Law are delighted to have once again been ranked in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2020.
The High Net Worth ranks top lawyers and law firms who represent HNW and UHNW clients around the world.
Head of private client, Jan Atkinson, is ranked as a leading ‘private wealth dispute’ lawyer.
The guide comments that Jan “handles a wide range of trust and estate matters for high net worth individuals and families.”
The guide also says of Jan that “she brings a depth of experience in estate administration to her respected disputes practice.”
Leading divorce lawyer, Mark Freedman, is ranked in the family and matrimonial category.
Mark is noted for his expertise when it comes to “handling contentious matrimonial finance cases and international children disputes.”
He is also described as “one of these lawyers who really fights your corner in a good way.” Another client commented that Mark “has good judgement and real tenacity.”
Lisa Pepper who heads up the mediation department at Osbornes is ranked in the guide as a leading mediator.
The guide comments that Lisa “stands out for her mediation practice” and that “she is very personable.”
Another client highlights that Lisa is “someone who fights my corner but also understands the importance of resolving issues without unnecessary escalation. She is calm and reassuring.”
Lisa is also a leading divorce lawyer, representing clients settle financial and children arrangements.
