Osbornes are pleased to announce that Kate Milton, a serious injuries specialist, has joined the personal injury department.
Kate has over 25 years of experience helping individuals who have suffered life-changing injuries. Kate has a particular interest in motorbike and cycling accident claims and specialises in fatal accidents, amputation cases and brain injury cases.
Kate comments:
“I am delighted to have joined the department at Osbornes Law, one of the best serious injury teams around. It was crucial for me to join a practice that puts clients at the centre of a rehabilitation and compensation process. Osbornes shares this ethos, which makes the firm a perfect fit for my practice.”
Kate’s arrival continues an expansion that saw senior catastrophic injury lawyer Rob Aylott join the team in 2017. The award winning department was also bolstered by the arrival of catastrophic injury head Ben Posford and clinical negligence head Stephanie Prior in recent years.
Osbornes houses one of the leading personal injury departments in London, recognised by legal directories ‘Chambers UK’ and ‘The Legal 500’ for its serious injury practice. The firm was awarded ‘Law Firm of The Year’ at the 2017/18 Modern Law Awards. The personal injury team was also recognised as a leading London practice at these awards.
Personal Injury Department Head Stuart Kightley says of Kate’s arrival:
“Kate has built an impressive reputation for expertise and success in high value and complex cases. Her arrival at Osbornes adds further expertise to the team, especially in our growing cycling injuries team. We are glad to welcome an expert of her calibre and experience”.
