Right from our first meeting, I felt completely confident that my solicitor had fully understood my concerns and priorities and had a clear, intelligent and gratifyingly ambitious strategy with which to protect my interests. Since then, he has consistently managed to keep pushing things forwards despite all the obstacles and I always feel calmer and more in control after I've spoken to him. He always cuts straight to the point so I never feel that I'm wasting money on waffle. The outcomes of the proceedings to date have been better than I had hoped for, both on children and on money.
"Edward Taylor is an exceptional advocate. He has represented many of our clients and he is outstanding."
"A committed and well-organised team with a good knowledge of the law and who work hard to secure a good outcome for their clients"
Jodi Newton has specific expertise regarding birth negligence cases, including those which involve cerebral palsy and Erb’s palsy injuries.
‘From the very first moment, I was aware and grateful to have been put in touch with Osbornes. The expertise, advice, leaving no stone unturned right from the first minute until the very last, I would most certainly recommend every single time.’
