£65,000 kártérítés egy gondatlan sofőr által elgázolt kerékpárosnak

Irodánk a közelmúltban egy sérült kerékpárosnak 65 000 font értékű kártérítési igényt rendezett. Az ügyfél az egyetemre tartva a kerékpársávban kerékpározott. Egy autóval párhuzamosan kerékpározott, amikor a jármű vezetője hirtelen, jelzés nélkül balra kanyarodott, hogy egy mellékutcába forduljon, leütötte ügyfelünket a kerékpárjáról, aki emiatt az arcát és a fogait beverte az autó motorháztetőjébe. A sofőr azt állította, hogy nem látta ügyfelünket, és elhajtott.
A kerékpáros két foga letört, a felső ajka sérült, ami hegesedést okozott, és poszttraumás stressz zavarral küzdött. Irodank orvosi jelentéseket szerzett be egy plasztikai sebésztől, pszichiátertől és fogorvostól. Ezekben a jelentésekben azt javasolták, hogy ügyfelünkön a jövőben plasztikai műtétet kell végezni, pszichiátriai tüneteit kezelni kell, és a jövőben fogászati beavatkozásokat kell végezni rajta.
Ezt követően egyezségi tárgyalásokra került sor, és ügyfelünk követelése 65 000 font értékben rendeződött, amely magába foglalta a kártérítést, hogy ügyfelünk a jövőben műtétet, terápiát és fogászati beavatkozást igénybe vehessen.
