Osbornes solicitor invited to speak at 5th Congress of International Legal Practice, in Spain

Maria Conesa Gonzalez, family lawyer at Osbornes Law will be travelling to Murcia, to address delegates at the 5th Congress of International Legal Practice, next month. Maria will be taking part in practical debates with other lawyers and professionals covering the most recent topics of International Law.
The three-day event, organised by the Bar Association of Murcia, will be held from 14 to 16 November. Topics covered will include Internationalisation of business and its taxation; the effects of severing the links between Great Britain and the European Union; current issues on the subject of international family law such as surrogacy; and EU regulations regarding matrimonial and partnership property regime agreements in Europe.
Maria will be sharing her expert cross-border knowledge at a roundtable discussion focused on Brexit, and the legal, economic and business impact on the relationship between Spain and the UK. She is a member of the Murcia Bar Society and a member of its International Law Commission.
Other speakers include: Professor Sara Chandler, ex-President of the Federation of European Bar Associations and Carolina Marín Pedreño, Senior Vice President of the Law Society of Westminster and Holborn.
